Coffee pulled with intention. Pastry baked with obsession.

Not because the coffee around here was bad — it was just fine. But "fine" isn't what we aim for. We wanted a place where the espresso has weight, where the croissant shatters the way it should, where you can actually hear yourself think.

CroBean started as a weekend pop-up at the local farmer's market with one espresso machine and a conviction that people in this town would notice the difference. They did. Within a month, we had a line out the door. Within a year, we had a permanent home right here on Alpine Blvd.

Today, we're still that same pop-up with better seating. Same commitment to doing the thing right, even when nobody's watching. Especially when nobody's watching.
